Last week I had a string of unfortunate circumstances and it resulted in very little sleep. It really affected how I ate and my workouts in a bad way. Like, I wanted to eat crap and was way too tired to exercise. Even when I did exercise I noticed a huge difference in my endurance. As in, I didn’t have any.
