Well friends today I started Insanity. In case you don’t know what that is let me get you up to speed. It’s like the hardest workouts EVER! Not enough info? Then click on this “ARE YOU READY TO DIG DEEP?” for more information. Ok, now that you are up to speed…here we go.
I have exactly 7 weeks and 4 days before my fabulous beachy vacation and less than that before I run in Warrior Dash. I’m in the final push to get ready so I thought I would step out of my comfort zone and try some Insane workouts. Day one is in the books and it was super hard. I couldn’t keep up and as I was staring at the dimples in my thighs while doing plank for the thousandth time I thought to myself…”self, look at those dimples in your thighs…when they are gone you know your making progress”. So, me and my dimples will keep trucking and improving over the next 60 days.
Have you ever heard “If you still look pretty when your done working out, then you did it wrong.” Well….how do you think I did?
Not only did I look like that but there was a noticeable stench in the room that I can only imagine was the smell of my fat melting.
