This week I wanted to share a delicious slow cooker recipe! I found this recipe on Skinny Taste, and made some small changes to suit our family’s tastes. It literally takes under 5 minutes to put the ingredients in the slow cooker, and it can cook for 6 – 10 hours. (high setting versus low) The recipe is low calorie (190 calories for one cup), and low fat! I served ours over brown rice, and added cheddar cheese, avocado, and sour cream as toppings. We added a salad, and it was a great meal!
