I am getting behind here so I will do another two in one today.
Ahhhh Sunday’s they are quite possibly the busiest day of my week. Which usually means my train towards mission hot bod is slightly derailed. This Sunday was the same as all my other Sundays except I added a trip to the grocery store. What I’m trying to get at is that I did not exercise today. Just wasn’t going to happen. So there. Here is what I ate.
Breakfast: Grocery day = breakfast at church. It’s good but not really the healthiest option. I had scrambles, bacon, half a biscuit with gravy, and half a hash brown. OJ and coffee to drink.
Lunch: After church I had to go to a meeting and lunch was provided. It was taco salad. It really wasn’t to bad diet wise. I made good choices and did the best I could here. Diet soda to drink.
Snack: Greek yogurt with a few crushed shredded wheat.
Dinner: Tamales and rice. My husband bought 4 dozen from The Hispanic New Church Development Project of the Presbytery of Arkansas. I know that’s long but I’m pretty sure thats the proper name for them. I couldn’t let them go to waste because they are a delicious and rare treat.
Alrighty then…moving on to today
I was supposed to work tonight so I tied up loose ends all day and then napped then got the kids and took Lauren to piano practice. BUT…I did squeeze in some work out time (and a trip to Hobby Lobby, starting to think I should start an art blog….? hmmm). I did some strength training with my girl Chalene Johnson (she is the lady on the DVD). You will never guess what I noticed during my workout. My pants were looser! Yep, I had to roll them down so they fit better. Hoot Hoot!!! Here is what I ate today…
Breakfast: Delights breakfast sandwich and coffee.
Lunch: A salad with shredded chicken, tomatoes, avocado, reduced fat cheese, and yogurt ranch. Water to drink.
Snack: The first bite of my kids pudding.
Dinner: Shredded chicken with Franks Hot sauce on a piece of whole wheat bread and peas. I was in a hurry ok.
