So I didn’t post yesterday because during my normal posting time I was spending computer free time with my husband. That sounds naughty but it’s not. We just watched TV together. Anyways, I don’t feel like thinking real hard and trying to remember what I ate yesterday. But I will tell you I was well behaved. I ate fairly healthy and exercised with Chalene again. Now, I will move on to today.
Today was sort of strange. I met my husband at the postoffice at lunchtime so we could get our passports for our trip in June. Turns out we are dumb. It never occurred to either of us that we might need birth certificates and photos and other stuff like that. Well, we had some extra time after that so we went to Rush Running to get Todd some trail shoes but they didn’t have his size. Then that led to me getting a running evaluation and a brand spankin’ new pair of running shoes. Woo Hoo! I went straight home and walk/jogged a little over 2 miles with my pal Mary. Then we did an ab workout that neither of us is proud of so I won’t go into that. I will just say it’s a good thing that the lady on the DVD couldn’t hear us (especially Mary). Tomorrow I have plans to workout with my neighbor Tara. If I am a 1 on the fitness scale she is an easy 10 compared to me. I only agreed to go with her if she promised not to hurt me. She agreed then so did I. Say a little prayer for me tomorrow around 9:15.
Here’s what I ate today.
Breakfast: Delights breakfast sandwich and coffee
Snack: Green tea and few Triscuits
Lunch: We went to a place called Hapa’a Hawaiian Grill. It was good but I’m not sure how healthy it was. I had a chicken veggie bowl. It had rice, chicken, veggies, and sauce. The sauce is what I’m not sure about. Have no idea what was in it. I ordered unsweet tea but they didn’t have any made so I got Diet DP instead.
Snack: Apples with PB and water
Dinner: Half of an avocado and reduced fat cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread and roasted red pepper and tomato soup. Water to drink.
