This stunning table setting was created for Sarah Grace McCoy’s 5th Birthday party. However, fabulous five year olds can’t go to a fancy dinner without being properly pampered first. When guests arrived, they were given a box full of girly goodies: nail polish, hair bows, and jewelry, etc… Then they were assigned a station.
Each girl went to the salon for hair, make-up, and mani/pedi’s. After they were all dolled up, it was off to wardrobe to get dressed for dinner; pizza and cupcakes, of course!
Every detail of this party was designed with the birthday girl in mind. By the smile on her face, I think it’s safe to say that this will not be a day she will soon forget.

This is another Real NWA party by Tracy McCoy. Every detail of this party was truly cowgirl chic….even real ponies! She used burlap, hay bails, and shabby chic fabric to decorate. We are crazy about the old door she painted with chalkboard paint for the Photo Booth.
Her creativity continues to the dessert station. She used berry baskets and egg cartons to display the cookies and cupcakes. Drinks were served in mason jars with ribbon, and striped paper straws.
Each child received a pail filled with country goodies to take home. She used an old window to display pictures of the birthday girl from the last two years.
This is another unbelievable party by Tracy. Her attention to detail is incredible….down to the wooden spoons. She has two very lucky little girls that will look at these pictures over the years and be thankful for all of the time and effort she put into making their birthdays so special.

This is a fun idea for a Halloween party or play date. This play date was sent to us by Tracy McCoy. We love her color selection and the custom labels that she used to set the scene.
The girls received custom aprons so they wouldn’t get messy decorating their cupcakes.
The cupcake decorating station was filled chocolate covered pretzels, gummy worms, candy corn, sprinkles, and icing bags so the girls could create their own edible Halloween masterpiece.
Happy little decorators!
If cupcakes weren’t fun enough, the girls also got to decorate their own pumpkins!
We love the festive cups and goodie bags!
I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to host a Halloween play date!
The Birthday Girl!
Mazie’s 1st year flew by in a flash, so we decided that a photo shoot themed party was the perfect way to celebrate the occasion.
The cake was perfection, thanks to Rick’s Bakery. They took the time to work with us on every detail to make sure that it was exactly what we wanted. If you have ever had a Rick’s cake (who hasn’t?) then you already know it was delicious!
The cake stand skirt was a custom design for the party, and this high chair was old and nasty before we busted out our secret weapon (spray paint, of course). We added a little wire mesh ribbon, and voila! Beautiful.
Each guest took home a picture frame with a custom printed message that said “Thank you for making my 1st birthday picture perfect!”, a handmade fabric flower hair clip, and a s’mores goody bag.
We had a table of photo props along with a gray and white Chevron backdrop for the guests to have their picture made. This is great for any age. The kids and adults both enjoyed posing for the camera.
The party was a huge success because after it was all over, my sweet little one year old gave me an impromptu kiss and hug. If I could have caught that on camera, it would have truly been picture perfect!
We were also thrilled that NYC party planner extraordinaire, Amy Atlas, featured our party on her blog. Check it out….http://blog.amyatlas.com/2011/10/picture-perfect-guest-dessert-feature/.
There’s a new push pop in town! Cake push pops are a huge party trend. We sweet talked Kirby’s Kupcakes in downtown Rogers into making these delicious cookies and cream treats for us. We just provided the containers from www.shopsweetlulu.com. A little hint…save them and re-use them for other parties to save some cash. We added a little whimsy by adorning them with mini versions of the photo props by Loriii, and we absolutely love the way they turned out. They are so fun for dessert, favors, seasonal treats, classroom gifts, etc…. Use your imagination because the options are endless.
